At Sooxos, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and reliable as possible. Please review the information below to understand how our delivery process works.
Standard Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

We offer free shipping on all orders to most of the UK Mainland.

Estimated delivery times for each product are shown individually on each product page under the Delivery section.

You will receive a confirmation notification from the courier before your scheduled delivery time.
If the proposed delivery date is unsuitable or you need to make urgent changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Please note:

We require at least one working day's notice to rearrange a delivery.

Once your delivery date has been confirmed, someone must be present at the address to receive the order.

If no one is available to accept the delivery and no rearrangement has been made, a re-delivery fee of £50 may apply.
Delivery to Northern Ireland
Shipping to Northern Ireland typically costs £100, depending on the size and weight of the item.
We recommend contacting our customer support team before placing your order if you require delivery to Northern Ireland.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once our team has completed a quality check of your item, it will be dispatched the following day.
For customers ordering multiple items, we will group your order into a single delivery whenever possible so everything arrives together. However, due to variations in size, weight, and delivery timescales, items may sometimes arrive separately.
Assembly & Product Checks
If your goods require assembly, please review all instructions, parts lists, and relevant components before beginning installation.
It is important to follow the manufacturer’s instructions precisely to ensure safe and proper assembly.
After Delivery
Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully.
Once the item(s) have been delivered and paid for in full, they become your property. From that point:

We cannot be held responsible for loss, accidental damage, malicious damage, or destruction after delivery.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
