Standard delivery - Monday to Saturday 

Free shipping on all orders to almost the UK Mainland. 

Delivery usually takes 7 - 10 working days for furniture sets and large units.

Delivery of accessories and small items usually takes 4 - 7 working days.

Shipping to Northern Ireland usually costs £80, depending on the size and weight of the item. We recommend contacting our support team before ordering if you need to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Once our team has checked your item, it will be dispatched the following day.

Grouped Courier Service - If you have ordered multiple items, where possible, we will group your order for one delivery, so all items arrive on the same day. However, this isn’t always possible, and your items will be delivered depending on size, weight and delivery timescale.

When you receive goods that require assembly before installing, you must check the instructions and any parts listed to ensure that you have all the relevant details and fit the product in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Once your item is delivered.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully once they arrive.

Once delivered, the item/s you ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in total). Therefore, your responsibility and, apart from where damaged (reported within 48 hours) or faulty (reported within 14 days) when delivered, we will not accept any liability for loss, accidental damage, malicious damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
