We aim to provide high-quality furniture at affordable prices, supported by a smooth and convenient shopping experience. We maintain high-quality standards across our range. All products we sell are brand new and supplied in their original packaging. Most of our product ranges include a 1- or 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Complaints

We handle consumer complaints via email at Info@sooxos.co.uk. All complaints should be submitted to this address unless they are made in person or sent by post. In the event of a dispute, the Civil Code will apply. Customers also have the right to use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution institutions.

Warranty Period and Proof of Purchase

Many of our products are covered by a 1- or 2-year guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. Whether a 1-year or 2-year guarantee applies to your selected product is stated on the individual product page. Your invoice serves as your warranty document for all warranty claims.

We strongly recommend that you check your items carefully upon delivery and notify our Customer Service team promptly if you identify any issues. Timely reporting is important - delays may affect your entitlement under the guarantee. In particular, if an issue could have been resolved earlier by repair but is later deemed to require replacement, the guarantee may be reduced or may no longer apply.

Coverage and Warranty Restart

Most products are covered by a 1- or 2-year warranty against hidden defects.

If a defective item is replaced, the warranty period restarts from the date you receive the replacement or repaired product. If only a specific part is replaced, the warranty restarts only for that particular part.

We carefully select and continuously monitor our suppliers to ensure a strong balance of price and performance.

How We Resolve Valid Claims

Where a warranty claim is accepted, we will resolve the issue appropriately. Depending on the extent of the damage or loss of value, this may be by repair, replacement, or financial compensation.

You remain entitled to exercise your rights and available options under applicable guarantee laws and time periods without limitation. If the manufacturer does not replace the entire product, the warranty applies only to the spare parts.

To request spare parts, please email us clear photographs of the damaged components, together with a detailed description of the issue. For bathroom furniture and bathtub-related issues, it is essential to consult a specialist to diagnose and identify the problem.

Please note that we do not provide repair services.

Natural Variations and Exclusions

Differences in colour, variations in wood texture, and so-called hairline cracks are natural characteristics and must be accepted by the buyer.

Please also note:

  • Additional services (including payment fees, express delivery, assembly, etc.) are not refundable.

  • Any repairs covered by the warranty are limited to the maximum value of the goods.

Warranty Period

Warranty services do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

When Warranty Claims Do Not Apply

Warranty claims are not applicable where damage results from:

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Environmental factors (including humidity, extreme heat or cold, prolonged exposure to water, etc.)

  • Failure to follow operating instructions

  • Use of force (for example, blow, impact, or fall)

  • Unauthorised repair attempts

  • Products that are no longer in their original assembled state

  • Minor damage - defects not clearly visible at first sight under normal lighting conditions from a distance of 3 metres, perpendicular to the damaged area

Transport Damage

Any transport damage must be recorded on the delivery note with the carrier at the time of delivery and must be reported in writing immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
